About Me:
I got into travel around 6 years ago as a sea change. I have always loved travelling and thought it would be a great industry to be in. How exciting to sit with clients and arrange a trip of a lifetime, it’s just like you’re going along too! I have always worked from a remote office and have worked hard to build my business through networking and a good referral program. A lot of my clients are friends now and we have fun swapping photos of trips and discussing where we plan to head off to next time. After a shaky start I don’t ever look back, it’s been a journey that has had its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change a thing! Sitting down with my clients when they return from their trip is just as rewarding as booking their trip for them. I want to do this until my body and mind say it’s time to quit; there will always be travel in my blood.
Services Provided:Apart from excellent customer service, I offer a mobile service around my local area. Clients love the idea of lunch on a Saturday or an afternoon coffee to plan their trips. The first 1 hour mobile consultation is free as is a one hour mobile consultation at the end of the booking when you will receive your tickets and vouchers and go over all those little details that only an expert travel manager can give you. I offer a 24 hour texting service from anywhere, so if you need a little extra help whilst overseas just text me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I pride myself on being the best I can be for my clients. Specialties:As a passionate bike rider, I am starting to arrange world-wide bike tours from 2009. I will be offering the whole package with not only the bike trip but some excellent sightseeing and a relaxation day or two at the end. The packages will include assistance with bikes, rides and training if required and also a personal trainer to get you trip fit!
I offer a 24/7 overseas contact service to all my clients and pride myself on my experience. Even though I may not have travelled to a particular destination, one of my many clients have and such is the relationship that I can call on them at anytime for their personal experiences of destinations, accommodation and eating out tips! The accommodation in all places was excellent as well as fuss free pickups and the 24 hour back up phone service from Teresa while we were away was such a wonderful help.
