I have travelled extensively and have built up a network around the world, of hotels, tour operators and service providers who have the same vision as me.You can be assured that your travel arrangements will be extraordinary.

I believe it is vitally important that you deal with a reputable, responsible company and I make the following commitments to you:

1 - I will always be there for you.

You will be provided with a 24 hour English speaking helpline, so assistance will be available at any time.

You will know in advance, the names of the companies meeting you at airports, train stations and other points of transfer. You will have their local phone numbers and my 24 hour helpline just in case there is an issue.

I will meet/contact you regularly to ensure that you are fully informed and involved in the planning process of your arrangements.

2 – I will honour my commitments.

Your appointments will be kept.
I will return your phone calls in a prompt and timely manner.
I will provide you with tour proposals, documents, receipts and confirmations in a timely manner.
All information provided will be timely and up to date

3 – I will be flexible.

If you wish to change any part of your arrangements at any time (even once they have commenced), I will make those changes – within availability and time constraints. I will also charge the minimum necessary for such changes.
